Business Removed

Paid more to move from Farmington Hills to La Quinta and trusted the ""Award Winning"" Rose Moving only to have 3 priceless boxes lost and a joke of settlement given. Listened to Jim Stafford that I didn't need to come back for the move or need to move these valuables myself as they would be in safe hands and make it no problem. When the truck arrived and opened door my wife watched our dining room table base fall the the pavement and crack into pieces. Driver brother should have been taken to hospital for heat stress but no. When I move again I will never call anyone from Allied or any affliation of Allied and especially not Rose Moving. Don't screw yourself by using them there are other good companies out there. Hope I get to vote on whether they should be award winning or not. Look at others who had issue. I'm sure someone made out selling my lost priceless sports items for a heck of lot more than they offered me. Also don't be nice to driver count and check the boxes. This move didn't go as I was told it would our stuff was handled at least twice to reach the truck instead of being loaded directly to truck. Run if this happens to you. more

I know it is pretty easy to speak negatively, when things dont go perfect. I would like to say that the whole moving experience that I received from Rose Moving, was perfect!! The rep that came to my house was on time, professional and covered all my concerns. And there were many. The coordinators from the office, knew exactly what I was going through. They couldnt have been more helpful. When the movers arrived, The driver took control of the whole situation. Eric and his crew were careful, courteous and didn't scratch a thing. I have moved about 10 times in my life, and no matter what we will use Rose again. They also refunded us over $200.00 since our weight was less. If you are moving, this is your company. more

Along with Scott the sales pitch about how great a company they are is a lot of BS and hot air. After an oredeal with this company I would stay as far away from them as possible. I've made arrangements to have my item stored at a different location because of my fears that my items are not safe or secure, I had multiple weight changes, and fee changes.. Scott usse Mayflower or anyone else stay away from this company they are trouble and just out to steal as much of your money as they can!!! more

I scheduled a time for Rose Moving (Vic) to come to my home to give me an estimate. while booking the appointment the lady I was speaking to went oon and on about how great Rose Moving is, all the awards they won how much everyone there loved their jobs, etc. I leave work early to get home for the estimate and they NEVER showed up. I call the company and they claim they have no record me of. If they can't get an ESTIMATE right, imagine them MOVING your belonging. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more
