Businiess name:  Chini's Burritos

Review content:
Not bad. I think what makes me a fan of this place is because it's not corporate. It I had to choose between Chini's, Taco Bell, or Chipolte Grill, I would pick Chini's all the time. \r \r I walked in and a nice older woman was working the front, I think it was the owner. She gave me the recommendation to have the burrito with the salsa Verde instead of the red sauce. I also wanted to try the soft tacos and yellow rice too. In about 15 minutes or less I was out the door and the woman working the front said, I hope you like it so you come back. You never hear that in a fast food joint. \r \r The burrito was huge. All the ingredients were fresh, but the ground beef was lacking something either salt or sauce not really sure. But overall it was good. This wasn't the standard wet burrito covered in cheese and sauce, that I'm used to. It was authentic Mexican style not American style. I think my palette has been tainted, in a negative way, over the years eating american-mexician food. The cheese they used was the queso blanco which sets it apart from other places that use cheddar jack cheese. The tacos were good and I'm glad I got some hot salsa to pour on top. Again, the tortillas had to be homemade. They just had a fresher taste that I am used to. I got the rice because you can tell a lot about a place when it comes to rice. I will bet money that this Mexican style rice is made from scratch. It was fluffy, had a nice color and it was well seasoned. \r \r Overall, everything was good. To answer the question by the nice lady working there, I did like it and yes I will be back:) Remember to tell them Dan sent you and Stay Hungry!
