I finally got the opportunity to try Chini's tonight. The burrito was DELICIOUS! . The ingredients were fresh and the steak was tender with excellent flavor. They are definately on my list! Just make sure you bring cash, they don't take credit cards. more

Chini's is the best Mexican restaurant period. I've been going with my friends since it opened. Momma knows what we want as soon as we walk through the door. We go at least once a week. more

Wet burrito with green sauce either chicken, steak or ground beef is the best. Instead of the typical metled cheese, Chini's uses authentic queso blanco (white cheese). more

I have been going to Chinis ever since it opened about 7 years ago. The best burritos, tacos, tamales and guacamole. Maura the owner is always there with a smile and lots of love. Her beans are the best I have ever had even in Mexico. Everything she makes is made with lots of love and dedication. The salsas are homemade and very tasty. This is a no frills restaurant but the food is fresh and the best. She uses homemade tortillas that you cannot get anywhere. The only con is cash only no credit cards and no alcohol. more

The best kind of food is made with a lot of love and this food is certainly packed with all the love Chini can muster in her short little self. This is the place to go for classic authentic Mexican food. Their main focus is the food, they're not trying to dazzle you with ambient lighting and classy wine list but with their complex Mole and always fresh guacamole. Anything you order there is going to be amazing. The rice and beans are a meal of orgasmic proportions in and of themselves. GO EAT THERE! more

Not bad. I think what makes me a fan of this place is because it's not corporate. It I had to choose between Chini's, Taco Bell, or Chipolte Grill, I would pick Chini's all the time. \r \r I walked in and a nice older woman was working the front, I think it was the owner. She gave me the recommendation to have the burrito with the salsa Verde instead of the red sauce. I also wanted to try the soft tacos and yellow rice too. In about 15 minutes or less I was out the door and the woman working the front said, I hope you like it so you come back. You never hear that in a fast food joint. \r \r The burrito was huge. All the ingredients were fresh, but the ground beef was lacking something either salt or sauce not really sure. But overall it was good. This wasn't the standard wet burrito covered in cheese and sauce, that I'm used to. It was authentic Mexican style not American style. I think my palette has been tainted, in a negative way, over the years eating american-mexician food. The cheese they used was the queso blanco which sets it apart from other places that use cheddar jack cheese. The tacos were good and I'm glad I got some hot salsa to pour on top. Again, the tortillas had to be homemade. They just had a fresher taste that I am used to. I got the rice because you can tell a lot about a place when it comes to rice. I will bet money that this Mexican style rice is made from scratch. It was fluffy, had a nice color and it was well seasoned. \r \r Overall, everything was good. To answer the question by the nice lady working there, I did like it and yes I will be back:) Remember to tell them Dan sent you and Stay Hungry! more
