This is the only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) school I will ever go to!! I have practice martial arts since I was 8 yrs old. I hear good things about BJJ but fear the muscle-mind meat heads. I wanted a school that would teach me BJJ with safety, and respect. MSDC gave me all that and more. It was between MSDC and another local gym in the around. Chris the head instructor of MSDC is awesome and that why I choose MSDC. He has many years of teaching martial arts and he is one of the best instructors I have had. This is a most go to school for BJJ!!!!!
