Businiess name:  Macy's Bridal Salon

Review content:
I think that this salon is by far lacking in selection, good customer service, and everything else that makes for a good boutique experience. Horrible wouldn't even begin to describe my experience with Macy's Bridal in Manhassat. More than half of the dresses I wanted to try on weren't in stock, and they would have had to borrow them from other stores and waste more of my time waiting for them to come in. Needless to say, I didn't wait. There was hardly any variety in terms of dresses, as the only lines for brides they had was Demetrios and some of Marisa (I've never heard of it). The bridesmaid's lines are Bill Levkoff, Jordan, Betsy, and Alfred Sung. I personally feel that is a rather small selection. All of the dresses I tried on were like from size 8 to size 10 (the highest sizes), so I again couldn't get the vaguest idea of what they would look like on me, and again she would have to get a bigger size from a different store for me to try on. Needless to say I didn't want to waste another week (that could be spent looking elsewhere for dresses) for it to come in at Macy's. If you are looking for the Demetrios line, this might be the place for you (even though they hardly have Demetrios in stock) , but if you have no time to waste on having your right size come in to try on a dress, then go somewhere like RK Bridal that has everything ranging from good customer service to hands-on attention to plus sizes. Good Luck!!!!!\r Pros: NONE!!!! Cons: Small and stuffy, not enough helpers, limited selection, no plus sizes
