I had a Heating/AC unit installed in 2007. This year there has been a tremondous leak of cold air coming in.\r
They charged me $ 200+ to come and put a piece of cardboard to solve the problem. \r
\r
In summer I have to call them up again and have them pull the cardboard out for another $ 200+.\r
What a ripoff. They did not insulate the unit properly and I think they are not qualified to do the job.\r

I found this out only after I contacted them
Pros: Good at collecting payments up front
Cons: A rip off
