I have a 09 Civic that is under warranty -- it developed an annoying rattling noise that seemed near the front driver side tire --- I took the car twice to the Honda dealership that ""couldn't find anything wrong"" and ""couldn't hear it"" --- I decided to pay to get this resolved -- Robert not only heard it right off --- he was determined to find the cause which was not easy-- needless to say he found the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable amount. I plan on taking my car to him here on out. He is a very mild mannered, pleasant, honest person.
Pros: great mechanic - very pleasant honest person
