I have been going to this salon since before it was Halo and Jillian has been doing my hair for about 12 years now. She is kind, helpful and takes the time to really get to know her clients and their needs. I am EXTREMELY picky about my hair and Jillian knows my hair better then I know it myself :) Her and her staff are warm, inviting and her salon is like walking into any upscale NYC salon without the fussy staff and overpriced charges.
