Review content:
We need a small scrape and hole in the bumper repaired and took it here. For some reason they needed to see if the power windows worked. Even though my wife told them that the passenger window would roll down but not up, they decided to roll it down and then tried to fix it by pulling the window up by hand, breaking it completely. Now the passenger window is broken in the down position and will not stay up. They say my wife didn't tell them not to test the window, so now the window is broken and loose in the door as we head into a series of 103 degree days.
