Review content:
Give me a day when I have to deal with the US post office and I want to pull the covers over my head. Change has come alright and I don't like it. Do they hire former inmates? Come to think of it, wasn't Son of Sam a postal worker?
The customer service people at the windows are charm school drop outs. I can go in there in a good mood and after five minutes I feel like I am in the mental ward. Their snarling faces and snotty remarks make me feel like they want to fight rather than weigh my parcel. We all get to stand in line while they put hand lotion on or talk on the cell phone. It's no good to argue or complain because they dismiss you and make you go back in line and wait like a fool. Can you tell it's happened to me? Why do we have to put up with it? WE PAY THEIR SALARIES. Invest in FedEx because they are getting the post offices' business more and more.
Cons: depressing experience
