My husband and I were referred to this company by several trusted friends and coworkers. We set an appointment for the end of March 2011 and proceeded to wait in the ""lobby"" for about 2 hrs before we were called back. (We were warned that they were good but that service was slow because they were so saught after). Our information was reviewed for the current owed year as well as previous years to be corrected and were told that they would start working on our tax returns and call us back. After the initial appointment we received a few updates on our account in May. After May, we did not receive any updates and when trying to reach them, all we go was voicemail with a promise to return calls promptly. However, we never received a return call or any contact whatsoever. We have tried to contact this company for 8 months after our last contact in May 2011 with no luck. This company has our personal tax information and refuses to return any calls. I would recommend that any potential client STEAR CLEAR!!!\r
