Ruth and Anne are the best tax experts in Metro Atlanta. They are going to save you more money on your taxes than anyone else in the state. If you read the other reviews, you will see where other people do not understand how B and B has to work. Ruth and Anne are so sought after that they have to operate differently than other businesses.\r \r If you want to get your taxes done quickly, then you should head over to one of those places with the folks dressed like the Statue of Liberty and wait around for your audit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I CALLED A FEW WEEKS AGO TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO DISCUSS SOME TAX INFO. THE LADY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PHONE TOOK MY INFO, SCHEDULED ME AND REPEATED THE TIME AND DATE MY APPOINTMENT WAS ABOUT 2 TIMES. I LIVE 30 MILES FROM THIS PLACE. I ONLY DROVE THAT BECAUSE MY FAMILY SWEARS BY RUTH BARR. MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 11 AM WITH RUTH BARR, I GOT THERE AT 11:05 AND RUTH WAS NOT EVEN THERE. THE LADY THAT MADE MY APPOINTMENT WAS THERE AND SAID SHE REMEMBERS SPEAKING TO ME BUT I WAS NOT ON THE CALENDAR. THEN SHE STARTS ASKING ME IF I COULD COME BACK AT ANOTHER TIME... MAYBE GO GRAB SOME LUNCH AS SHE SAID. TOTALLY BRUSHED IT OFF LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL! THEN SHE SAID OH ITS MY FAULT, BUT SHE NEVER EVEN SAID SORRY OR ACTED REMORSEFUL. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND ITS ALMOST LIKE SHE WAS ENJOYING IT. I ASKED HER TO PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE AS IT WASN'T MY FAULT. SHE SAID ""MAM I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU!"" SO I JUST TURNED AROUND AND WALKED OUTSIDE TO TELL MY HUSBAND WHAT HAD HAPPENED. HE DECIDED TO GO AND TALK TO THE LADY TO SEE IF SOMETHING COULD BE WORKED OUT. HE WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND ASKED HER IF THE OTHER 11AM APPT. WAS THERE YET AND SHE SAID NO. SO THEN HE SAID OKAY WELL SINCE OUR APPOINTMENT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT 11 AND WE ARE HERE ON TIME THEN WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO IN. THIS IS NOT OUR FAULT. THEN SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO START YELLING AND POINTING HER FINGERS AND SAYING WE NEEDED TO LEAVE. MEAN WHILE I AM OUT SIDE WITH OUR 2 YEAR OLD WAITING AND RUTH PULLS UP 15 MIN. LATE. WHEN SHE GETS OUT I ASKED HER IF I COULD SPEAK TO HER FOR A SEC. AND SHE SAID YES WHILE RUDELY DIGGING THROUGH HER PURSE NOT EVEN LOOKING AT ME TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY CONCERN. I BEGIN EXPLAINING WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THE RUDE OFFICE ASSISTANT COMES OUT AND YELLS I WANT THEM TO LEAVE! SO RUTH INTERRUPTS WHAT I WAS SAYING AND SAYS SHE ASKED YOU TO LEAVE AND WALKS OFF!!! NOT EVEN HEARING WHAT I HAVE TO SAY!!! LETS JUST SAY MISS OFFICE ASSISTANT SCREWED UP AND DIDN'T WANT RUTH TO HEAR ABOUT IT. RUTH IS JUST AS IGNORANT. IF YOU RUN AN OFFICE.. \r B & B just saved me hours of my time and thousands of my dollars. I took three years worth of tax troubles to them at the new location (Dogwood now instead of King Arnold) and had a great experience. \r \r I heard about them from other customers who have been using them for decades. I'm glad that I took their advice. more

My husband and I were referred to this company by several trusted friends and coworkers. We set an appointment for the end of March 2011 and proceeded to wait in the ""lobby"" for about 2 hrs before we were called back. (We were warned that they were good but that service was slow because they were so saught after). Our information was reviewed for the current owed year as well as previous years to be corrected and were told that they would start working on our tax returns and call us back. After the initial appointment we received a few updates on our account in May. After May, we did not receive any updates and when trying to reach them, all we go was voicemail with a promise to return calls promptly. However, we never received a return call or any contact whatsoever. We have tried to contact this company for 8 months after our last contact in May 2011 with no luck. This company has our personal tax information and refuses to return any calls. I would recommend that any potential client STEAR CLEAR!!!\r \r Do NOT use B & B Accounting & Tax Svc!!!!\r In my opinion, they stole our personal tax information! more

They are a great tax service but need to work really hard on some way to contact them when problems arise later in the tax season and they have already left the building.
