My mom is 72 years and uses the computer to play cards and games because she has really bad arthritis in her hands and can't hold a deck of cards. When her computer stopped working the local store told her it would cost $400 to fix. I was skeptical about what they were saying, and decided to shop around. I found progressive tech online here at citysearch. They came out to look at it and found that the problem was not with the computer at all, it was just a bad wire in the power cable, which they were able to fix the same day. My mom has been happily playing cards again and they gave her a senior discount, so it only cost $50, not $400 which made her very happy since she is on a fixed income. \r
