After spending close to $90 for just rapid diagnosis on a PC laptop that was shutting off for over-heating,\r they didn't bother opening the PC to look at the fan,\r but didn't bother to even call till over 24 hours later\r to say their diagnostics showed 'no problem'. \r So they blew dust out w/o opening the case up.\r We had talked ad nausem about the fan, the glue\r and bearings that held it in. They told me it was dusty\r but hadn't bothered to open the laptop (oh- that's not part of the diagnostics, they said, that would have been a separate charge). \r Fan crashed the next day when I took it home. \r Both an authorized service dealer for LeNovo think pads and another independent said that visual inspection of the fan should have been done .\r Hence I got nothing for my money. Like taking a car\r that's overheating to the shop and having them hook it up to their computer w/o opening the hood.\r Asked if they would credit the diagnostic charge towards\r labor to replace the fan the next day and I'd pay for fan, they said 'no'. \r Customer service wasn't helpful either. Cons: Not willing to do what it takes to properly diagnose
