My laptop completely failed on me, so i called progressive tech a little later at night; we arranged right away to pick up my laptop the next morning. it was done in 2 days--and, most importantly, all my data was saved. he was really honest about how much i should realistically put into fixing my computer and didn't try to get me to buy anything i didn't need, regardless of how little i knew about computers. fair pricing, fast repair, and no pressure sales. thanks so much!
