When this restaurant first opened, my friend and I decided to give it a try and order delivery. The food was very good so we became a regular delivery patron, ordering about 5 times per week Then we decided to go and sit down to experience what type of hospitable service they have and it only took them a minute to recognize us since we were probably their number one delivery patrons. Sitting down in the restaurant was a total disappointment. The place was empty! I know they are pretty new in the neighborhood but you would think that any business would want to make friends and go that extra step to retain you. Well, that was not the case here. When we got there we were greeted with a side of bread that looked like thin waffles. My friend and I liked them so we ordered some more. When the bill came we notice they charged us almost 3 dollars for that extra side of waffles. We were not even told of the extra charged and when we told the server about it all he said was ?sorry, you order more you pay extra?. That is fine but at leas tel us know! I am a restaurant manager and I know how important it is to go that extra step for future regulars. In business, it is called ?Give him that extra pickle?. We will not go back. I know we can find other Indian restaurants who can give us that ?Extra pickle? in return for repeat patronage.
