Review content:
My wife and I were visiting the farmer's market this week and were drawn into Firefly by the sidewalk sign advertising ""Tapas Night"". We'd never noticed the restaurant before, but I have to say that we were charmed and had a wonderful experience. After some tapas we decided on a full meal. My wife had the bass and I had a great steak(called a ""baseball"", and it was round - though I'd never had such a cut before) and could not get over how great the food was. With the market outside, and the patio, I felt like I was on vacation in a European town. The staff was very easygoing and friendly. In fact the manager(or host, I'm not sure) picked out our wine and was more knowledgeable than I'm used to. Anyways, I'm just surprised and a bit excited so I'll be back and recommend this restaurant, highly. Pros: Friendly staff, Great dining area, Inexpensive wines Cons: In South Pasadena
