Review content:
I took my bike in because it wouldn't stay started. It has 500 miles on it and I bought it in January of 2011. They told me that the problem was the carburetor and it would be $220. In asking questions they said that they had drained some gas and didn't find any trash and they had not taken the carburetor all the way off to 100% find the problem. I called Kawasaki and that customer service rep said ""I don't blame them for trying to make a buck off you, since you didn't buy it from them."" I called Hager in Rock Hill where I got the bike from and they said they would fix it for free no questions asked. Hager knows how to take care of and keep customers.\r

I called and said to put the bike back together gave them 30 minutes and went up there. When I get there they push the bike out
