My family has been going to this practice for over thirty years as long as i can remember. Recently a family member was admitted to a local hospital gravely ill. While at the hospital she was neglected by the staff. We called sunset medical her primary doctors. Dr. Andrew Blank responded and said ""TALK TO HER DOCTOR AT THE HOSPITAL AND CALL ME BACK IF THERES AN ISSUE WE' LL GET HER TRANSFERRED"". Repeated calls to him through the service and at the office were IGNORED. Meanwhile our family member was found covered in dried blood, and laying in a puddle of her own urine. All we wanted was HELP!!!!! A name or contact at another hospital was all. I wouldn't send my dog to these doctors. After my appointment tomorrow and giving them a royal ass chewing I'm getting a new doctor for me and my family.
