Sunset Road Medical Assoc

My family has been going to this practice for over thirty years as long as i can remember. Recently a family member was admitted to a local hospital gravely ill. While at the hospital she was neglected by the staff. We called sunset medical her primary doctors. Dr. Andrew Blank responded and said ""TALK TO HER DOCTOR AT THE HOSPITAL AND CALL ME BACK IF THERES AN ISSUE WE' LL GET HER TRANSFERRED"". Repeated calls to him through the service and at the office were IGNORED. Meanwhile our family member was found covered in dried blood, and laying in a puddle of her own urine. All we wanted was HELP!!!!! A name or contact at another hospital was all. I wouldn't send my dog to these doctors. After my appointment tomorrow and giving them a royal ass chewing I'm getting a new doctor for me and my family. Pros: ????????? Cons: indifferent staff and doctors more

i heard so much good about dr. talone and sunset medical. boy, was i surpised! I felt like a number. coming from a small dr. pratice, i was used to asking questions and the dr. spending time with me.. i was interviewed by an intern, and then dr. talone came in. i wasnt asked any questions- he didnt even check my heart or ask me if i had any concerns. was written about 4 rx, which my insurance didnt cover and was told to come back in 4 months.. for what??? your guess is as good as mine. when i couldnt pick up my rx, i called the office and explained. They didnt help me. I had to go to another doctor. I wasted my money, my time and left in tears feeling i was a number and the dr was cold and just a plain --- If i am paying for the office visit, then i expect any doctor to at least time 5 minutes to check my heart and answer any questions i may have.. This dr office lacks the personal touch, and triple books their patients.. i may be the only one that feels this way, but i dont want to be a number at the drs i want to be a person.. i mean, my money pays their salary. do your self a favor, dont go if u feel the same way i do...
