I had several plumbing problems. Art Brant came out right on time. He was prompt, professional, and responsible. He took the time to explain what was happening and what could be done to fix it. He didn't insist on doing the most expensive thing, instead he went over my options and let me decide.
Then, when one item continued to act up the next day, Matt Nealey returned first thing to address the problem with no service charge (I did have to pay cost of parts, of course). He also identified another larger problem that needed correcting, and corrected it before it became serious. Thank goodness!
The issue Matt discovered was with the main water valve. It was failing, and only a matter of time before much more serious problems developed. Matt worked outside in the blazing sun for over an hour to solve the problem. He could have just put a ""band-aid"" on it, but he took the time to do what needed to be done. If that weren't enough, after he was done outside (a miserable job, I can tell you) Matt went all around the house with me to answer any questions and make sure everything was working properly. Not an easy task after all the work he had done. A real professional!
Great value, great service, and great people. I've used Bill Howe Plumbing for years.
