Rick Diamond arrived ahead of when promised, was courteous and professional. He assessed the situation and quoted $550 for the job. He had to leave to get parts to complete the tasks at hand, took care of an added situation, and, in the end, deducted the travel-time needed to get those parts. The total cost of the entire job was $100 less than originally quoted. I know I won't always need a plumber. I also know the final cost won't always be lower than quoted, but, Rick Diamond did Bill Howe Plumbing proud. He did me proud. Should I have a need for a plumber in the future, rest assured I'll be calling Bill Howe Plumbing. Thank you, Rick. Thank you, Bill Howe.
