Review content:
I found this practice to be bad last year but I had to return yesterday for repair work. The office is unorganized and unprofessional as always. Before I went Josie called me to tell me I had to speak with Jolene about my insurance. She transferred me to Jolene. Who asked why I was bothering her, why I had called, why had Josie out me through to her? She was too busy to even think about my insurance.\r
I went for my appointment anyway,as I had no choice. They wanted to xray me again although I was xrayed there 10 days ago, They asked me where my xrays were? I told them that since I did not work there I had no idea. They wanted to xray me again despite notes in my file that xrays had been done. I refused.\r
Saw a doc who wanted to build me the 6 million dollar mouth. I was led to an office to get a printed estimate. For 25 minutes I listened to an employee walking around me talking on a drive-thru type headset talking to her friend Linda about her husband`s car problems. Yes, turned out to be the estimator. Insurances did not cover any of the high tech surgery so she wanted to know if I wanted to pay in casdh or charge the $8400 estimate.\r
I walked out and will never return.
Pros: nice oral surgeon
Cons: most disorganized, unprofessional, overgrown dental office ever.
