Review content:
Although we have a ""Preferred Dentist Program"" through a large group insurance policy, I was still double billed after paying the demanded amounts with my credit card. I requested, but was not given an itemized bill at that time. The following week I received another bill for the same service and another charge for the amount I had already paid. Had I not complained, I would have been made to pay twice. Then I received an abusive letter from their ""Insurance/ Financial Coordinator"" stating in part.....""During your last telephone conversation with our billing department you became verbally abusive, upon request for statement information. We do not tolerate such behavior at this practice,"" etc.,etc. After my experience with them I feel fortunate that I am no longer acceptable as a patient. Dr. gave me unwrapped gauze pads which he put into a bag marked ""sterile"" with his bare hands. No Thanks C.D.G.! I do not tolerate double billers and the abusive, controlling staff members in their practice.
