I called today to order flowers for a friend who is in the hospital and luckily through a Google search found Raelene's. I wanted to order her very favorite flowers and create a custom bouquet. I do not like ordering the ""standard"" flowers from FTD, but in the past when I've called flower shops it didn't seem like the person cared enough to put the special touch in to an arrangement that I was looking for. George at Raelene's far exceeded my expectations! I was impressed with the effort and time George made to understand my friend's personality and the reason I was sending them, he was compassionate and thoughtful. The custom bouquet and customer service were both fantastic.
