My wife is a unique person with unique taste. I have never heard of nor could spell the name of her favorite flower. It is not common. I am not sure how hard it is to find for a florist, but Lisa did it with ease and had them there the next day! She made a beautiful arrangement that made my wife cry!!! When I went to pick them up, they were helping another customer and were very courteous to him as well. This is a great example of a great customer service!!! more

Some friends ordered me flowers that were delivered to my house. The arrangement was gorgeous and they were accommodating to my allergy to lilies. However, on the second day, two of the flowers had died. I called Raelene's and spoke to George (I think) and he was VERY nice. I didn't even mention wanting a new arrangement but he offered. He even called back to ask if it was okay to wait a day since they were getting in a shipment of straight from the farm flowers the next day. When my new arrangement arrived it was also beautiful! The combination of unique, well thought out arrangements and the above and beyond customer service has secured me as a customer for life! more

I called today to order flowers for a friend who is in the hospital and luckily through a Google search found Raelene's. I wanted to order her very favorite flowers and create a custom bouquet. I do not like ordering the ""standard"" flowers from FTD, but in the past when I've called flower shops it didn't seem like the person cared enough to put the special touch in to an arrangement that I was looking for. George at Raelene's far exceeded my expectations! I was impressed with the effort and time George made to understand my friend's personality and the reason I was sending them, he was compassionate and thoughtful. My boyfriend gave me an arrangement from Raelene's for Valentines Day this year. It was gorgeous with stargazer lilies, roses, and carnations all put together in a very artistic way.
