Review content:
I do not recommend that you use Victoria's Bridal. They are very ""sweet"" and ""nice"" but their ultimate goal is business and money and not the bride's happiness. I ordered a gown with a customized sweetheart neckline from Maggie Sottero (or so they told me that Maggie Sottero would be doing the alteration) only to get the dress back with just a stitch in the middle of the front that pulled it down about 3/4"" and looked NOTHING like a sweetheart neckline. We were charged $300 for that ""alteration""!! When Anne called to tell me the dress had arrived she said the sweetheart looked beautiful. NO, it looked cheap, and like a shallow V and I could have done that stitch myself for free. We left the store with the dress signing a release saying we were happy even though we were cheated and heart broken. I just wanted to get my dress to someone who cared. I would never give a dress to a bride with that big of a mistake on it. Misrepresented Maggie Sottero and cheated us out of $300. I drove 2 hours from Saint Louis to see the sample dress in March and again to pick it up. Don't go!
Pros: A lot of dresses and large rooms
Cons: dishonest practices, misrepresent designer
