The lovely ladies of Victoria's are so helpful. I had been to several stores dress shopping and this was the best experience. They were extremely patient, helpful, made great suggestions and really listened to me. Anne was inventive in helping me come up with the perfect dress and helping me visualize the changes I wanted made. The dress turned out PERFECT and needed no alterations because she did such a wonderful job. Their prices are reasonable and they were the lowest price on my Bridesmaid dresses that I could find. They are willing and eager to come up with solutions to any problem. I would highly recommend going here. more

I have searched high and low for the wedding dress of my dreams, but I have to say Victoria's Bridal has left the best impression on me by far. Their agents are extremely warm and professional, and if you're not into high pressure sales people this is the place for you. My agent only selected dresses for me that matched what I was looking for, and she even called to let me know when a new line came in that she thought would match my needs. Any time I call the people who answer are so helpful and kind. If you're looking for a great experience when shopping for a dress - one that won't be stressful - go to Victoria's. These guys are the best. We tried several different stores , They were by far the kindest and easiest to work with...and my dresses came in early! I would suggest making an appointment...it always made things easier for me more

Victoria's is the best place to buy your dress. My sister had problems at two other stores, we went to Victoria's and they were awesome. Their stafff goes above and beyond what could be expected. \r If your going to buy your dress anywhere you have to get it there. \r They have the best prices on everything too....!\r They really know what customer service means!!!! I do not recommend that you use Victoria's Bridal. They are very ""sweet"" and ""nice"" but their ultimate goal is business and money and not the bride's happiness. I ordered a gown with a customized sweetheart neckline from Maggie Sottero (or so they told me that Maggie Sottero would be doing the alteration) only to get the dress back with just a stitch in the middle of the front that pulled it down about 3/4"" and looked NOTHING like a sweetheart neckline. We were charged $300 for that ""alteration""!! When Anne called to tell me the dress had arrived she said the sweetheart looked beautiful. NO, it looked cheap, and like a shallow V and I could have done that stitch myself for free. We left the store with the dress signing a release saying we were happy even though we were cheated and heart broken. I just wanted to get my dress to someone who cared. I would never give a dress to a bride with that big of a mistake on it. Misrepresented Maggie Sottero and cheated us out of $300.
