Upon having a $1200 gold rosary repaired, it broke again the very same day. After returning the following day, employee stated ""It's pretty worn probably because the chain is copper"" Copper!!! The only way it could have become copper is if they changed it to copper. Incidentally, they also replaced the bale because I had stated the cross kept flipping over. The origina bale was a heavy piece of gold - they replaced with a small circle. I asked where the original one was - they said they used it and cut it down - no way it isnt even the same shape. Employee then stated ""It is very worn, I would just go buy another one."" Maybe she has $1200 to throw around, but I don't think the average person does. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman trying to shop. I will never set foot in this store again!!!
