went to the store first time and hopefully last time. went there to dry clean my expensive shirts with a coupon from the website. When I gave the shirts I made sure they do dry cleaning not laundry and I asked the person at the counter repeatedly. He made sure it would be dry cleaning. When I went to pick up the shirts, I came to know they did the laundry not the dry cleaning. When I asked him the coupon I gave you was for the dry cleaning and when I asked you you assured me. His reply was I didnt explain it to you because I thought you did not know the difference between dry cleaning and laundry. Extremely poor customer service and they try to rip you off. \r
