I had an issue with my furnace when swapping out thermostats - apparently I blew a fuse on my 24volt controller. Called a few different firms that had 24 hour service and could not get them to come out that day (Saturday afternoon). Got ahold of Jim at Heat King and he swung over after another job in the area.
15 minute fix and showed me how to change out fuse if it ever happens again.
Only charged his flat fee for trip which was totally reasonable and standard these day, especially when the alternative was to wait another day and without heat.
I would definitely recommend Jim at Heat King to provide a fair and friendly repair experience!
