My wife and I were told by the sales staff we were pre-\r
approved for a loan in my name;instead,they submitted\r
my wife's information to creditors and cursed me for asking why . A salesman threatened to break my leg in our car door for trying to leave. \r
That wasnot enough for them. They slandered and discredited my wife and I by calling the only approval with the bank--being........\r
Bank one indirect ,( approvals with two other dealers).\r
The sales manager said,"" I will see all your other approvals will be denied"". I went to another dealer and found out the approvals were rescinded. Not only are they unprofessional but they are vindictive if they can't get the sale. \r
