Islander Pools came highly recommended from a friend. If only we could have talked to them first!
We first called another company, and the salesman that came out said our backyard looked fine and that we didn't need a pool. They called back the next day and gave us an estimate. They did so without taking any measurements. The whole experience was completely unprofessional.
Then we called Islander Pools. Frank came out and was completely professional. He had a laptop which he used to show us his credentials (they are Better Business Bureau accredited). He talked with us about what we envisioned for our backyard pool, and then took measurements and pictures before leaving. He provided a quick turnaround, coming back the very next day. He showed us the design for the pool on his laptop. Everything he did was very professional, very ethical, and we were thrilled to work with him.
We were very impressed with Islander Pools, and would recommend them ourselves. In fact, we keep recommending them to our friends and neighbors. Whenever an issue came up, they fixed it with no problem and at no additional cost. If we ever move again, we would absolutely use them in the future. We love our pool!
