I want to leave the best review for ISLANDER POOLS possible. I want to leave them the most positive feedback that I can because they are the best. They are very professional and I have particular appreciation for Joseph because he was the project manager that I worked with and he was the most professional and good at taking care of business and understanding me and what I needed. I would definitely referred the company to anybody and I would thank them for the great job. If they have a chance to give anybody a bonus please give Joe one, he was most excellent. more

Great job - looks amazing!! 9/22/2016

I hired Islander Pools to build a pool and they absolutely went way beyond anything I was expecting. They designed the pool, the entire back deck area, a fire pit, and even a waterfall for me and everything really looks great. I was able to be there and peek in to watch them work and they were very efficient and hard-working. They didn't waste any time while on the job and they all really respected my home and my property. They got everything done in a timely manner and we love it! I am very satisfied with the outcome and I absolutely recommend Islander Pools for anyone in the market for a backyard oasis! They are the best! 5 out of 5 stars for sure! more

Pleasant experience! 5/18/2016

Islander Pools did good work on making a Jacuzzi, building a fire pit, and doing some concrete work in the backyard. I liked that they were easy to get along with, and that everything they did was good. The subcontractors were also good and knew what they were doing. The price for the work was fair, and I would use them again. more

A top quality experience 3/28/2016

Islander Pools built and designed our pool and they helped us every step of the way. The pool is beautiful and they were very professional and responsive with all of our questions and concerns. They did what they said they were going to do, there was no bait and switch and we never had an issue. It took them about three months to finish the pool because there was a lot of construction, but our pool is amazing and we're really excited to use it this summer. I'd like to mention Kevin and Joe because they were so helpful throughout the entire process and it was an excellent experience overall. more

Great work, easy experience 10/22/2015

Islander pools did a really good job building a new pool for me. They were on time and made it really easy. They explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. I thought the cost was very competitive and I haven't had any issues since working with them. Joe, the supervisor, did a really good job as well. Great customer service and excellent experience. more

This is my second time as a customer of Islander Pools. About three weeks ago they finished building a pool for me and I'm happy with the result. Their work is high quality, and if I'm not happy with something they always resolve it promptly. Also, I like that they don't ever pressure me to buy things I don't need; they're very upfront. I also feel that they have really good communication. The project manager, Joe, was very responsive whenever I texted him or needed something. I was also kept informed about which contractors were coming that day and when they were scheduled to arrived. All of the different contractors who came over were really friendly and professional. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions and explain the process. It was a great experience. more

Nicely done pool 5/21/2015

Islander Pools installed a pool at my home. This was my first time working with the company and I am pleased with the pool. I did make phone calls a few times that were not returned promptly and there are a few stones in the flooring surrounding the pool that should have been sanded down to make the walkway level. There was also a minor setback getting the pool cleaner installed after construction on the pool itself was complete. These were only minor negatives, but I suggest that future customers make sure to get everything written down that is supposed to take place during construction. Overall, I am very pleased with my new pool. more

Pool Instillation from a Genuine and Well Intentioned Company 4/14/2015

Islander Pools provided us with excellent services. I've had some poor experiences with contractors in the past, but Frank is a polite, professional, genuine guy. He and his subs installed a large spa for us and not only got the job done in a timely fashion, but also kept the area they worked quite clean. For anyone looking to hire Islander Pools for an instillation, rest easy. Frank is a great guy! more

From beginning to end, Frank from Islander Pools was on top of everything and always responsive. Every time that I asked him a question, he was very quick to respond with a thorough answer. The prices were good and overall, he was very easy to deal with. They built a beautiful pool for us and were courteous and professional throughout. I would absolutely recommend them. more

We are just about done and despite one of the rainiest season in years and the holidays, Kevin still managed to get it done on time. What I like most about Kevin is he always answers his phone 99% of the time, he returns calls, texts, and emails immediately. He answers all my questions and provides great customer service, and is also a great designer. You can trust Kevin and Islanders! more

Built the Taj Mahal in my backyard 1/16/2015

Frank made my pool look like the Taj Mahal! It looks like a castle in my backyard. Frank first designed my pool on a computer, and showed me what it would look like. Everything was scheduled on time, and done accordingly. I get so many compliments from guests on my pool, and it makes me feel really good. more

Excellent, top-notch service! 12/4/2014

Islander Pools put in our pool and did the landscaping as well. The backyard turned out better than I expected and the pool looked exactly like the computerized drawing. There were absolutely no surprises and Frank, the owner, let us know in advance when the workers would be there and how long the project would take. We basically knew what was going on every step of the way. more

So far so GOOD!!! 11/7/2014

Nov. 6, 2014 - They started Demo and excavation last week and today they finished the rebar already. We are very pleased and satisfied so far with our Salesguy/Project Manager, Kevin M. He has been very professional from the first time I talked to him on the phone. He was not pushy after the initial bid, I told him I was going to go get a couple of more bids. After dealing with the headaches and bait and switch tactics from other bidders, I called Kevin and told him he got the job. The subcontractors have all been very professional, nice, and cleaned up after their job. I will keep you guys posted along this building process. Go Islanders!!! Mark & Amy- Yorba Linda more

Communication Breakdown 8/1/2014

Our remodel turned out well, but the lack of proactive communication throughout the project was frustrating to say the least. Days turned into weeks sometimes that we saw no progress and received no text, or call, or email... Lay out your communication expectations ahead of time before you sign on the dotted line RESPONSE FROM ISLANDER POOLS: Islander Pools is glad that Jeff's first response was that his project turned out well. We always focus on quality and communication, but sometime in construction things don't always go as planned, but even when that is the case we make sure the final product is top quality. As the owner of Islander Pools, I personally meet with Jeff several times and did my best to remedy any issue that Jeff had. We even discounted the last payment for his troubles. With that all being said, I hope Jeff and his family enjoy their remodeled pool, which is gorgeous, for years to come and Islander Pools will continue to work on improving it's way of doing business. more

Islander pools did an amazing job for us! 7/10/2014

We are so happy that we went with ISLANDER POOLS. When we decided to put in a pool we got six or seven bids. We went with them because they were the best priced and most knowledgeable. Both Dean and Frank listen to what you want and make great suggestions. I appreciate how accessible Frank is. You can call him at anytime if you have questions or concerns. Everything looks great. My kids are enjoying the pool and so are we. They did an amazing job! RESPONSE FROM ISLANDER POOLS: Islander Pools is very Happy that Trieu's family is enjoying their new backyard.
