I will have to say that you cannot please everyone, but I am well pleased with his service. The only draw back in my opinion is the spray they use because my child loves to lay down on the floor where they spray in our bedroom and I am cautious for my child. Other than that their spray works wonders and when the bugs see Tillis they say look out Tillis is going ta kill us. My wife and I decided to stop their service and try the electronic wall plug bug zappers but we could not find any to buy and within 2 months the bugs were back on the prowl into our home. With his service I know that all the bugs never made it past 2 inches inside the house. So going back where I know what to expect. Danny and his team will do their best to make things right and they are respectfull even when you want to give it your own try.
