I will have to say that you cannot please everyone, but I am well pleased with his service. The only draw back in my opinion is the spray they use because my child loves to lay down on the floor where they spray in our bedroom and I am cautious for my child. Other than that their spray works wonders and when the bugs see Tillis they say look out Tillis is going ta kill us. My wife and I decided to stop their service and try the electronic wall plug bug zappers but we could not find any to buy and within 2 months the bugs were back on the prowl into our home. With his service I know that all the bugs never made it past 2 inches inside the house. So going back where I know what to expect. Danny and his team will do their best to make things right and they are respectfull even when you want to give it your own try. more

I've been a customer of Tillis for more than 11 years. When I fiorst moved to Florida, I hired a major national pest control company. They failed miserably and did hundreds of dollars worth of damage while working in the attic. I received a good recommendation for Tillis and tried them out. They quickly eliminated the carpenter ants that the national company had such trouble with. I've been more than satisfied with all of the technicians sent here over the years and can't recommend Tillis more highly. more

I almost wonder if they dilute the bug spray because it's done absolutely nothing for our lawn. Don't sign a contract unless you don't mind wasting money on something that doesn't work. They're nice enough, but unorganized and the pest control just doesn't hold up to the standards they claim to have. You have to keep on top of them if you need a reschedule too. We had a german roach problem, dont even know how it got started, one day we were seeing one then it was fifty, nothing over the counter would work, and it keep getting worse. Tillis sent out their tech and he took the time to explain to us it wasn't our fault, then he spent at least an hour the first visit and he came back every few days for a month and the extra visits didn't cost anything. Cant beat this company worked very hard for us to clean up our embarassing problem and never made us feel bad for having them. This comapany came out for our temite problem and gave us an unbelievable price. took care of my problem and every concern we had. We will deffinatly use them in the fuure and would highly reccommend them to all our friends and family Pros: fast, complete, thourough more

Came out multiple times, did nothing then billed us for each visit. Problem still existed. Had to hire another co. to do the job in just 2 visits. \r Don't use this co. unless you have money to throw away. \r Bad customer service, and were rude. Cons: Didn't do a thing. more
