Unbelievable unprofessionalism from the female owner, who is rude, loud and owns no class whatsoever.\r

The woman is obviously miserable in her life and decides she needs to take it out on anyone that will allow her to do so. She misleads people and one can only imagine how a customer will get ripped off if the moral ethic of the company is exemplfied by the manner of this owner.\r

Since she is the one they chose to epitomize their company, then I suggest they change the name of the company by putting an S in front of it.
