Worst Customer Services. I lost a huge order because of them - they couldn't deliver it as the said they would. Made sure that they will ship the item in a certain day (because i have it as urgent order) , and they promised they will (i made sure) - but day after , after asking them about the product, they simply replied - ""I was unable to ship your order yesterday"" . Ridiculous ! We have lost a huge customer over this - WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM - YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER , THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT THAT GOOD ANYWAY ! more

Love their products! 10/20/2011

I have been ordering Hit Promo products for the past 3 years and have never had a bad experience. the Sales team is always professional , courteous and knowledgeable of their products. I highly recommend them as a vendor of choice to all of my friends who sell promotional products! jweldon1 must have had a bad day - I wonder what his/her part was in the equation?... if an order has gone wrong - I have found that it is usually the fault of the one incorrectly placing the order. Unprofessionalism and Low Class 9/27/2007

Unbelievable unprofessionalism from the female owner, who is rude, loud and owns no class whatsoever.\r \r The woman is obviously miserable in her life and decides she needs to take it out on anyone that will allow her to do so. She misleads people and one can only imagine how a customer will get ripped off if the moral ethic of the company is exemplfied by the manner of this owner.\r \r Since she is the one they chose to epitomize their company, then I suggest they change the name of the company by putting an S in front of it.
