Review content:
Absolute worst place to live, when i lived there back in 2003 it was crawling at night with those big ugly 8 legged friends that seem to find there way into any and everything, not even regular spraying would get rid of them. My car was broken into twice and I also know of at least one break in that occurred during my 1 year stay there so the alarms are a joke. The rent back then was $737.00 for a one bedroom which was absolutely ridiculous as the place was not all that great. The biggest reason for my complaint was how they took my security deposit of $700 to replace the carpet that was flooded by the big storm that year just a month before I moved out in August of 2003, and then charge me another $135.00 on top of that. The carpet was not my fault it was a natural disaster and had nothing to do with it yet they still were able to steal my money and ruin my credit. I recommend you shop around before you pick this place to live it could save you time and money and your credit rating in the future. Estancia Apartments was owned by Scott Homes Management at the time. So beware of any property owned by them.
Pros: Clean surrounding area outside the complex.
Cons: horrible management, rip off artists
