The salesman was nice, the installers were great. The install department treated us like a number. Instead of a phone call to schedule the install, we got a small postcard telling us to call them. After the install, I noticed two minor mistakes in a window. I called the install department and nobody called me back on three attempts. I called my salesman who gave me no help, so I called his boss (or the boss's voicemail). It was THEN I got a call back. They called back 2 weeks later to schedule someone to come out and look at the problem. That guy was super nice. Then I heard NOTHING for 6 weeks, and even after calling the install dept and again the salesman, got no answer on an eta. 6 weeks after original install, someone came out to fix the problem (which was them cutting corners in the first place). I would never reccommend this place and would never do business with them again. Service after the sale is non-existant and downright rude. \r
