Salesman, installer, and general manager were all very polite and friendly. They did my roof quickly and were in and out in one day.\r
Unfortunately the good comments end there.\r
The clean up job was terrible. nails and shingles left all over the place. i spent my christmas morning cleaning up after them. garbage, tape, drink bottles, etc. etc.\r
Pieces of my downspouts were removed and not put back on, parts of the gutters were left hanging off and continunally slammed against my house when the wind blew. The finish on my deck was completely ruined because they dragged garbage and nails across it without covering it. \r
After my complaints, they came back to finish the cleanup job and did an ok job, but still left many things unattended. It's been three weeks now and the cleanup is still not done. All the debris and nails that were left in my gutters are now probably clogged in my downspouts. One of my drain pipes that goes along the ground was shattered as they dragged heavy garbage across it. That hasn't been fixed. An endcap on the gutter right above my front porch was removed and is now missing so water drains right on my front step and freezes making a nice ice patch.\r
I took photos and sent the general manager a thorough packet of the problems but have not heard from him since. \r
I'm very frustrated with this company. I have a feeling that part of the issue was that my roof was done around the holidays which caused scheduling issues, but it's now January 9th and the roof was done December 21st. It should have been taken care of by now. I would not recommend this company.

Cons: did a really poor cleanup, damaged parts of my house, poor follow up even with manager involved
