Our AC wasn't cooling the house properly, so we called AirCon. They charged a $60 trip fee on top of the cost of repairs. The AC never cooled the house any better. In fact, we had to call them out AGAIN, this time paying an $85 trip charge in addition to more $ for labor and repairs. They never told us exactly what was wrong with our unit or why the house was always hot, just kept letting us keep calling them and paying trip charges, monthly fees, and other charges.\r
