I scheduled an appointment online and got a confirmation saying a tech would be out at 8:30am Fri. By 9:00 no one showed up and when I called I was told by a woman named Julia that she did not see an appt for me in their system. I told her I went online to schedule it and she said she would call a tech and call me back. When she called back she said a tech would be at my condo within 20 minutes. After an hour, I called back and she said she was confused because the tech told her he was here and had told her what the problem was. Apparently, she gave him the wrong address. Needless to say, when she asked if I wanted to reschedule, I told her I would go with a reliable company!!!!!!
