Review content:
I called for AC repair after finding their website online. They made an appointment for 6 and said they would call 20 min prior to tech arriving to confirm which they did. It was all downhill from there. At 7 I called them because tech hadn't arrived yet. they said he was stuck in traffic and then later called back to cancel, saying they would be there at 8:30 to 9 next morning. At 10:30 next morning I called to see what's going on since I waited around all morning for them. They operator said she would verify and call back. An hour later she called back to inform me that tech would be arriving in an hour, 4 hours later than what was scheduled. I cacelled. I can't really evaluate their service because I got tired of being jerked around. For a company that advertises 24/7 service with glowing testimonials on their website, their service was downright awful.
