Review content:
I live in Adams Park in Albany. I had parked in the parking lot assigned to me (that I have a parking permit for) overnight like I always do when I get home and the next morning when I go out to leave for work - my car is gone. After getting down to Osborne Street Garage, the man at the ""window"" was completely unprofessional and told me it would be $135 to get my car out. I asked him WHY it was towed in the first place and he said I didnt have a permit.
Funny, my permit is hanging in my car's rear view mirror and I can see it from here. Even worse, my car was damaged from being towed - I now can't go in reverse and I have to either fix it for $900 or buy a new car because of these @$$holes.
On top of that, they heard the person I was with talking to my landlord about this place and the owner comes out SCREAMING at him, calling him a f3cking liar.
Don't get me wrong, I understand that these people have a job to do, but towing cars out of a private parking lot JUST BECAUSE THEY FEEL LIKE IT is complete and utter horse sh1t.
Pros: The owner will DIE one day.
Cons: Completely unprofessional, broke my car, cursed at me, etc.
