I WITNESSED CAR'S BEING TOWED TONIGHT FROM MCDONALDS NEAR THE TIMES UNION CENTER. THIS GARAGE IS OUT OF CONTROL. THEY DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PUT CAR'S IN NEUTRAL THEY JUST HOOK THEM AND PULL THEM ONTO TRUCK. I WATCHED AS THE WHEELS SLID WHERE TRANSMISSIONS WERE IN PARK. THE OWNERS OF THIS GARAGE SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE AND I'D BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TESTIFY TO WHAT I SAW. ALSO WERE YOU PARKED FOR A GAME AT TIMES UNION CENTER? WELL IF SO I CALLED THERE AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT MAKE AN ANNOUNCEMENT STATING THAT CARS WERE BEING TOWED. ANOTHER HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS IN ALBANY COUNTY. I HAD TO GIVE THE GARAGE A RATING, WOW 1 STAR IS TO HIGH. MY RATING WOULD BE 100 STAR'S IN THE HOLE DOWN NEAR HELL WHERE THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE.
