Review content:
I have been a long time member of a church in down town Albany. Last week a friend slipped on some ice and hurt herself badly. As a member of a church who clearly marks their parking lot as a place that can only be used by it's members, I have every right to park there (as I have been assured by the church). After leaving my car there for literally 10 minutes to retrieve my injured friend, a man from this garage attempted to tow my car. I explained in great detail my situation, my right to park in the lot and asked him to please take my car off the truck. He demanded $130 or he would not give me back my car. Neither one of us had change so I had to give him $140. Of course I had no choice as he was just doing his job and asked when the best time to call his office would be to clear up the misunderstanding. I called just now. Was called a ""liar"" and hung up on. At the very least, I would expect my change but nothing came of me calling. Osborne Street Garage, thieves, liars and lowlifes. CONSUMER BEWARE. Pros: None that I can see. Cons: Dishonesty at it's finest.
