Care directly related to the Dr. you see. Dr. Valmassoi is fabulous. Unfortunately for her patients she doesn't work full time.
Had trouble getting a routine issue resolved for my child when Dr. Valmassoi's was out for a week.. Covering Dr. wouldn't see or speak to me directly and wouldn't pay enough attentional to detail to resolve and routine issue that would have taken her 15 minutes.
