Have been going for a year and have not yet met Dr. Chen. I see a nurse practicioner. I have gotten no relief for my pain. I have begged the nurse to change my meds and she treats me like a crack ho. The office staff is surley and very unhelpful. The office is very uncomfortable. Most of the people I see there are like me, disabled and in real pain. The chairs are painful to sit in and they don't mind keepin you waiting for long times. They just act like you are nothing but a check to cash and have no empathy for you. I think drug addicts on the street get treated better which is why I am leaving.
