wow!! I know this all to be true. I have a friend who sees this doctor. maybe if this doctor would see his patients the DEA would not be knocking on his door!I know the cost of these appt. and they are outrageous ! and God forgive you if you have EM and have to change your appt. you can tack another 100 dollars. its really sad being a pain patient as myself you need to find a good doctor a honest one. they are out there! need to know tx me. more

Do as they say 1/19/2011

I attended this clinic for over a year. I was very patient and tried hard following their instructions. Dr Chen has told me the same story several times unaware I have already heard it. The story is about how the dea has come in once and bullied him. He is a dea agent first, a doctor second. His nurse, a male, was very rude. After a year I pleaded to try a different approach. They both refused, they are terrified of the dea like many of these pain doctors, they are not working for the patient. I left, bye, bye. more

Is there really a Dr. Chen at pain clinic? 10/17/2010

Have been going for a year and have not yet met Dr. Chen. I see a nurse practicioner. I have gotten no relief for my pain. I have begged the nurse to change my meds and she treats me like a crack ho. The office staff is surley and very unhelpful. The office is very uncomfortable. Most of the people I see there are like me, disabled and in real pain. The chairs are painful to sit in and they don't mind keepin you waiting for long times. They just act like you are nothing but a check to cash and have no empathy for you. I think drug addicts on the street get treated better which is why I am leaving. more
